What this policy covers
This policy applies to services supplied by CLINIC GROWTH DEPARTEMENT LTD trading as GD Signal. It forms part of an accepted SOW alongside the Creator Brand Services Terms. It does not govern retail returns from a creator's future product brand. Any physical-goods sale by us would require its own applicable sale, returns and shipping terms.
When a paid project starts
A paid stage starts when the SOW is accepted, the agreed payment has cleared, required inputs are available and we begin substantive commissioned work, such as market analysis, product research or agreed design work. A free conversation or Private Brand Preview does not count as starting paid work.
Under the current offer, the initial USD 1,000 payment is included and credited once toward the GD brand-build fee agreed in the SOW. It funds actual commissioned work and is not the price of the complete launch. The accepted SOW determines the scope, balance and payment commitments; a payment alone does not approve additional scope or costs. This website update does not retrospectively change an existing accepted SOW.
Cancellation before work begins
Email us to cancel before substantive work begins. We return the unused service payment. The only deductions are external costs you expressly approved and that have already been committed and cannot reasonably be recovered. We explain and evidence any deduction; there is no automatic cancellation penalty.
Cancellation after work begins
You pay for work actually performed up to cancellation and approved non-recoverable third-party commitments. Completed work is valued using the milestones, deliverables or rates agreed in the SOW. Work in progress is itemised on a reasonable basis; starting a stage does not automatically make all of that stage's fee earned.
We provide a written reconciliation of fees received, work completed, approved external costs and any balance due or refund. Unused funds are returned. Where a supplier can cancel, credit or recover an expense, we take reasonable steps to reduce the cost. Paid-for deliverables and rights are handed over under the SOW's IP terms.
Delays, service issues and cancellation by GD
If a schedule is affected by missing client information or a supplier delay, we explain the impact and discuss rescheduling, a revised scope or cancellation. Tell us promptly about work that does not meet the agreed specification so we can assess and correct an issue where appropriate.
If we cancel services we cannot deliver without a client breach, we return fees for the undelivered work, taking account of any external commitments you approved. Nothing here removes a remedy for our breach or a mandatory legal right.
How to raise a concern
Write to yasmineteamwork@gmail.com with your name, project reference, invoice number, the issue and the outcome you seek. Avoid sending full card numbers or identity documents. We aim to acknowledge a complaint within five business days and provide an assessment within ten business days after receiving the information needed; if more time is required, we explain why and update you.
We review the SOW, approvals, work and supplier commitments and give a written outcome. Contacting us does not prevent you from using your card issuer's or payment provider's dispute procedure, and does not extend their deadlines.
How approved refunds are returned
We initiate an approved refund within ten business days of agreeing the written reconciliation, normally to the original payment method and payer. For a company bank-transfer payment, we verify the appropriate business account. A payment provider or bank controls the time before funds appear and any exchange-rate treatment. We do not promise an instant refund or a fixed card-processing period.
The accepted SOW may set project-specific arrangements, but cannot remove mandatory rights. Ask about the cancellation terms before accepting a paid stage if anything is unclear.
